Answers to Your Questions:

  1. Full payment upfront (or selecting a payment plan via Stripe)
  2. Creating a Squarespace account (we’ll help)
  3. Completing our intake questionnaire
  4. Providing your logo, photos, and business details

After that, sit back and let us work our magic while you focus on running your business.

Absolutely! We offer payment plans through Stripe. You can spread the cost over several months without delaying your project. The full balance just needs to be paid before we transfer ownership of your shiny new site.

We include up to two rounds of revisions with each package. This is usually more than enough to get everything just right. We’re not stingy with small tweaks, but we do have to draw the line somewhere to keep our prices so low. If you need extensive changes beyond the included revisions, we can discuss additional fees.

The #1 factor in how quickly we complete your project is you! We need your prompt responses to questions, quick feedback on designs, and timely provision of content and assets. If you ghost us for two weeks, your project timeline will obviously extend. We work fast, but we’re not psychic.

We build your site on Squarespace, but you’ll need to purchase your own Squarespace subscription for hosting and a domain. Hosting starts around $16/month when paid annually, and domains are typically under $20/year. Annual Squarespace plans include a free domain for the first year. These fees go directly to Squarespace, not to us.

Once your site is complete and your payment is settled, we’ll transfer ownership to your Squarespace account. You’ll then have full control of your site and can make updates or changes as needed.

Our service focuses on designing and building your initial website. After handover, ongoing updates and maintenance are your responsibility. The good news is that Squarespace makes this incredibly easy – no coding required. If you need major changes down the road, we’re happy to discuss a separate project.

At minimum, we need:

  • Your logo (large size and high quality if possible)
  • High-quality photos of your work, team, or products
  • Basic business information (services, pricing, contact details)
  • Any specific text you want included verbatim

Don’t worry about writing all your content – that’s part of our service. We’ll craft compelling copy based on the information you provide. However, for industry-specific details or specialized services, we’ll need your expertise.

You get a professionally designed, conversion-focused website that makes you look like you spent $10K+ (without actually spending that). Our sites are built on Squarespace, which means they’re beautiful, functional, and won’t break when you look at them sideways. Each package includes responsive design (looks great on all devices), basic SEO setup, and content creation based on the info you provide.

Our starter package begins at $999 — which is frankly ridiculous considering most agencies would charge 3-5× that for the same quality. Why so affordable? Because we’ve streamlined our process, eliminated unnecessary meetings, and focused on what actually matters: creating websites that get results. Premium packages with additional features are available if you’re feeling fancy.

Most sites launch within 7-14 days after we receive your materials and deposit. The exact timeline depends on how quickly you provide your assets and feedback. The faster you respond, the faster we launch. Think of it like a tennis match – we can’t hit the ball back until you serve it.

Nope! We build on Squarespace specifically because it’s designed for non-techies. If you can use Facebook, you can update your Squarespace website. We’ll even provide a quick tutorial on how to make basic updates yourself once your site is complete.

Let’s keep it real – no website magically generates customers on its own (despite what some marketers might claim). What your Quick Cheap Website WILL do is present your business professionally, make you look credible (remember, 75% of consumers judge your business based on your website), and convert visitors into leads or customers. The traffic part is up to you through your marketing efforts.

Three things: psychology, design, and conversion strategy. We don’t just make pretty sites – we build websites strategically designed to convert visitors into customers. We understand what makes people click, call, and buy. Plus, we’ll save you dozens of hours of frustration trying to figure out how to make that button centered or why your mobile menu looks wonky.

Check out our portfolio page to see recent projects. Every business is unique, so we custom design each site rather than using cookie-cutter templates.

While this rarely happens (seriously, our clients typically respond with GIFs of mind-blown explosions), we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t working, we’ll fix it within our revision policy. Our goal is for you to love your new website and the results it brings your business.

SEO is like having a really good location for your brick-and-mortar store, but on the internet. Instead of being tucked away in some weird alley where nobody goes, good SEO puts your business on the digital equivalent of Main Street. It’s how you get Google to recommend you before it recommends your competitors when someone searches for what you offer. Without it, you might as well be handing out flyers in the middle of the desert.

Will SEO make me rich overnight?
Nope, and anyone who tells you it will is selling you digital snake oil. SEO is more like growing a garden than winning the lottery. It takes time, consistent effort, and the right techniques. But once those seeds start sprouting, you’ll enjoy the harvest for a long time.

How will I know if the SEO is actually working?
You’ll see more traffic coming to your site from search engines, your business will start showing up when you search for relevant terms, and most importantly—you’ll get more inquiries and sales without spending more on ads.

Regular copywriting is like having a nice conversation with someone. Premium conversion copywriting is like having a conversation that ends with them reaching for their wallet. Our copywriting isn’t just about sounding professional—it’s strategically designed to turn visitors into customers. Think of it as the difference between a sales clerk who just says “hi” versus one who knows exactly what to say to have you walking out with three more items than you planned to buy.

Can’t I just write my own website text?
Sure, the same way you could probably cut your own hair. Might turn out fine, might look like you lost a fight with a lawnmower. Professional conversion copywriting isn’t just about explaining what you do—it’s about triggering the psychological responses that make people take action. Unless you’ve spent years studying consumer psychology and writing sales copy, you’re leaving money on the table with DIY copy.

How is this different from the basic text included in all your packages?
Basic website text tells people what you do. Premium conversion copy makes people desperately want what you do. It’s the difference between “We offer photography services” and copy that has potential clients already mentally hanging your photos on their walls before they’ve even contacted you.

A lead magnet is essentially a bribe (the good kind) to get potential customers to give you their contact info. It’s typically a free helpful resource like a guide, checklist, or template that’s valuable enough that people are willing to trade their email address for it. Instead of just saying “Subscribe to our newsletter!” (yawn), you’re saying “Want to know the 5 secrets that will transform your [whatever]?” It’s like putting cheese in a mousetrap, except nobody gets hurt and everyone’s happy.

What makes a good Lead Magnet?
A good lead magnet solves a specific problem for your ideal clients. It should give them a quick win or valuable insight while showcasing your expertise. For example, if you’re a photographer, a “Foolproof Family Photo Outfit Guide” would be much more effective than a generic “Photography Tips” PDF. The best lead magnets make people think, “If their free stuff is this good, their paid services must be amazing.”

A lead generation system is like having a 24/7 sales team working for you, while a contact form is more like a receptionist who only takes messages. Our systems include strategically timed pop-ups, embedded forms, and automated email sequences that nurture visitors into becoming leads and leads into becoming customers. It’s the difference between fishing with a single hook versus setting up an entire net system.

Won’t pop-ups annoy my visitors?
Annoying pop-ups are like that friend who asks for a favor the second you walk in the door. Our pop-ups are more like a host who waits for you to get comfortable, shows you around, and then offers you something you actually want. They’re timed appropriately, targeted to the right visitors, and offer real value—not just screaming “SUBSCRIBE NOW!!!” the moment someone lands on your site.

What does “automated responses” mean?
It means your website is thanking people, answering their questions, and guiding them toward a purchase even while you’re asleep, at a client meeting, or binge-watching the latest Netflix series. We set up email sequences that automatically send when someone takes a specific action, like downloading your lead magnet or filling out a contact form. It’s like having a clone of yourself that handles just the initial client communication.

Google Analytics is like having security cameras for your website. It shows you who’s coming to your site, how they found you, what they looked at, how long they stayed, and when they left. Without it, you’re essentially operating your business blindfolded—you know people are visiting, but you have no idea what they’re doing or if your website is actually working for you.

Do I need to check Google Analytics every day?
Only if you enjoy looking at graphs more than doing your actual job. For most small businesses, checking once a month is plenty.

A Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is your business listing that shows up on Google Maps and in local search results. And nope, it’s not just for restaurants—it’s crucial for ANY local business, including service providers like photographers, hair stylists, and cleaning services. Without it, you’re essentially invisible when people search for services like yours in your area. It’s like having your business listed in the phone book back when people actually used phone books.

What’s the benefit of having you set up my Google Business Profile versus doing it myself?
Setting up a Google Business Profile correctly is like assembling Ikea furniture—technically anyone can do it, but most people end up with something wobbly and missing a few key pieces. We’ll make sure every detail is optimized, from selecting the right categories and attributes to writing a description that attracts clients, adding photos that showcase your work, and setting up proper service areas.

Do I need a Google Business Profile if I don’t have a physical location where clients visit me?
Absolutely! Google Business Profiles work for service-area businesses too. Instead of listing an address people can visit, you can specify the areas where you provide services. This way, when someone searches for “photographers near me” or “house cleaning service in [your city],” your business can still show up in results, even if you work from home or go to your clients instead of them coming to you.

The only thing standing between you and your always-on, 24/7 marketing machine is a few clicks of a button.
